Participation Guide and Rules for Your Booth
You will receive the floor plan via email, along with the technical details of the booth and its location within the pavilion.
It is important to carefully review the dimensions and package inclusions listed in the document so that you can determine:
Which items to display, their placement within the space, and the services needed to ensure they function properly.
The decor and furniture needed to bring your vision for the booth to life. Remember that all booths are designed as “turnkey” solutions with basic amenities.

Calendar of Key Dates and Setup Times
You can extend the information on relevant dates, to find out the next steps to be taken regarding the sending of location plans of services and elements, contracting price periods, deadlines for sending final artwork, deadlines for sending documentation.

EARLY BIRD From 4 April to 5 May inclusive. Online shop opening.
REGULAR From 6 May to 18 August inclusive.
LATE from 19 August to 15 September. Online shop closing.
Sending of documentation, until 3 September to operaciones@easyfairs.com :
Technical plan with location of extra electrical services, contracted air/water connections.
Location of contracted storage rooms.
Colour of the change of carpet colour (colour of the jasper grey included).
Layout files with the contracted graphic arts.
Request for priority access to assembly for the positioning of machinery with special needs, until 10 September to operaciones@easyfairs.com :
Measurements per package unit, weight and means involved in the unloading and loading of the elements.
DATES AND TIMES EXHIBITOR
Set-up: 30 September from 09:00 to 19:00 hours.
Celebration: From 9:00 to 19:30 h on 1st October. From 9:00 to 18:30 h on October 2nd.
Dismantling: Simultaneous with organisation from 19:00h to 21:00h on 2 October. From 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on October 3rd.
EXHIBITION OPENING HOURS
Celebration from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Improve your stand
Extended electrical services, provision of furniture, storage, etc… in the online shop of your private area of Myeasyfairs you can find all the elements of our catalogue of additional services.
There is no exclusivity regarding the graphics service, and in case of hiring an external service, according to the regulations, it is the exhibitor who has to take care of the installation and removal of elements in the established dismantling period.

Registration FIRA access and WORKSAFE stand staff
According to FIRA Barcelona’s regulations, all individuals accessing the venue must carry a QR code provided once they have completed their registration details.
In the following links you can find the instructions and links necessary for the registration of any person accessing the site.
In addition, in order to obtain accreditation as an exhibitor and benefit from the marketing actions offered in the MYEASYFAIRS tool, it is necessary to register personnel by clicking on the MYEASYFAIRS Personal Stand Registration button and following the instructions.
