NAUTILUS is the new waterproof boot from BASE PROTECTION's HIGYENE line, designed for wet environments. It combines protection, comfort, and breathability thanks to its seamless construction in high-quality microfiber, heat-sealed at the heel, ensuring total waterproofing. It features a non-metallic SLIMCAP® safety toe cap and H2Stop.Xt technology, which ensures waterproofing, hygiene, resistance, and lightness. It is an innovative alternative to rubber, PVC, or PU footwear, designed for sectors such as the food, fishing, and dairy industries. HIPROFLEX FLEXIBLE METATARSAL PROTECTION
HiProFlex – Flexible innovation in metatarsal protection HiProFlex is the new technology developed by Base Protection to revolutionize the concept of metatarsal protection in safety footwear. Its design was created with a clear purpose: to offer a solution that combines real protection with maximum comfort, without the drawbacks of traditional rigid protections. Where is the innovation? The key to HiProFlex lies in its advanced material, its intelligent geometry, and the way it is integrated into the footwear. It is a double-layer structure of variable density, with a flexible mesh that adapts its rigidity according to the area of the foot: more resistant where there is a risk of impact, lighter and more flexible where mobility is required. The perforated geometry of the system, with strategic holes, ensures not only excellent energy dissipation against impacts (up to 100 J), but also superior breathability and great adaptability to the natural movement of the foot. This translates into an ergonomic and comfortable user experience throughout the working day. In addition, it incorporates wraparound side protection, offering wider coverage in the metatarsal area without adding bulk or stiffness to the footwear.
